Design & BOQ
A clear device layout and itemised quotation, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Installation & programming
Cabling at first fix, then devices and scenes once the interiors are done. We coordinate with your contractor and MEP team.
Handover & support
We walk you through the system, fine-tune scenes after you move in, and stay available for maintenance.
Common questions
Can you automate a villa that's already finished?
Yes. New builds are easiest because cabling goes in before the ceilings close, but we also retrofit finished homes using wireless and hybrid devices with minimal disruption.
Do I need KNX, or is WiFi smart home enough?
For a few smart plugs or bulbs, WiFi is fine. For a whole villa with lighting, curtains and climate, KNX is more reliable and easier to expand. We'll recommend what fits your home and budget.
Can I control everything from my phone?
Yes, from home or abroad. You also get proper wall keypads, so guests and staff don't need an app.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the UAE, mainly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes, and we prefer to be involved early. We work from your designer's drawings and coordinate with the fit-out and MEP teams.
