Common questions

Can you automate a villa that's already finished?

Yes. New builds are easiest because cabling goes in before the ceilings close, but we also retrofit finished homes using wireless and hybrid devices with minimal disruption.

Do I need KNX, or is a WiFi smart home enough?

For a few smart plugs or bulbs, WiFi is fine. For a whole villa with lighting, curtains and climate, KNX is more reliable and easier to expand. We recommend what fits your home and budget.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Yes, and we prefer to be involved early. We work from your designer's drawings and coordinate with the fit-out and MEP teams.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across the UAE, mainly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, from our office in Oud Metha, Dubai.

What happens after handover?

We walk you through the system, fine-tune scenes after you move in, and offer annual maintenance contracts.
